I worked in the kitchens of major gourmet establishments, alongside Michelin-starred chefs, and then I travelled to the four corners of the globe to meet people, talk to them and discover different ingredients and culinary traditions. These human and professional experiences gave me ideas which inspire me with original flavours and textures.
